Close Up Views with Scrap the Boys

Hello STB Fans,

I would like to introduce a new segment to our little challenge blog called... Close Up Views with Scrap the Boys.
In this space I will be handing over the blog to one of our talented designers to discuss little tidbits and tips that you could do when you get some creative time. All those layouts where you have said "HOW DID SHE DO THAT?" can now be answered!

There will be designer offers and prizes in this space so make sure you jump over whenever we post.

Lets begin with me

Happy Heart
Materials used - Bo Bunny Family Is Collection

I used 3 pieces of coloured scrap paper with this layout! Just three. I am trying to use my stash more this year and this sketch inspired me to use these matching pieces I had been hoarding for a year or so now. So next time you love a piece of paper cut it up into long strips and see what you can make with it
I am a BIG lover of my Silhouette Cameo and cut out some sketchy circles found on the silhouette design website for purchase and then I stitched around and around and around.
This was the last of the embellishments that went with this collection. Thank goodness.

I hope you enjoyed my little tutorial and stay tuned as I see it only getting more fun.

Now if you would like to go in for a little faber castell prize make sure you comment below for your chance. Winner will be announced with next months Winner Post!

Stay Scrappy
Amy

Wow I love the fact you only used 3 pieces of paper and the back ground looks impressive as when I first saw it I thought you had actually sown all those zig zags!! and yes I am all for using up those papers that have been sitting around for ages! love your page!

I like how you put your cluster of elements together. I love buying coordinating elements but then I'm never quite sure how to use them :-). Great page.
